What Is The Holistic Method?
The Holistic Method. is a well-organised and comprehensive six-week program that is built from the pillars of mind, body and lifestyle. It is specifically designed so that each woman develops a thorough understanding of how they can support themselves through a multifaceted approach.
It is a method because it has been designed systematically in a five-stage process – mind, hormones, body, nutrition and lifestyle choices.
We delve into the deep connection between mind and body, which is all encompassed by lifestyle and how we choose to live mindfully through diet, the products we use and consume, our relationships, career decisions and experiences.
The Holistic Method. creates the space for you to truly understand how the mind operates and how this can transfer into physical symptoms in the body. The program is one of a kind, as it dives deeper into truly understanding your hormones and how they directly affect you on a physiological and psychological level.
It is an interconnected program that not only delivers comprehensive awareness of each specific area, yet also
provides the tailored tools to support your health and wellbeing - mentally, physically, emotionally and spirituality.
When Do We Start?
Once you sign up, you will have access to module one, as it is quite a comprehensive module to go through. With videos, accompanying
PDFs, activities and meditations at your disposal. The set program officially starts Mid March 2025 and this is when the group chat
will be live and active. Modules will start getting released weekly and you will have your first live zoom with Jemma and Gabi.
